The S-TMCS-500 features 6 high-frequency picosecond laser heads with adjustable laser frequencies, suitable for various mold materials and precision requirements to ensure uniform and accurate cleaning of tire molds. Equipped with an automatic cleaning system, it enables fully unmanned operation to save time and labor, and is also fitted with an alarm system to avoid accidental mold damage and eliminate operational risks for personnel.
This system delivers excellent cleaning results, conserves resources and enhances efficiency. Its water‑air flow system generates strong air pressure to thoroughly clean tire molds with no residues.
