First, environmental parameters such as wind speed < Level 6 and humidity < 85% are checked; then, aiming is calibrated with 10% rated power; finally, energy output is accurately adjusted according to the material of foreign objects (plastic / branches / bird nests). In view of the 27kg lightweight design feature of the Cyclone series equipment, special training is provided on single-person rapid deployment and dynamic aiming skills.
• Emergency Response Module: It simulates 8 types of emergency scenarios such as laser path encountering reflective objects and sudden equipment failures, and drills standardized handling processes including emergency shutdown, personnel evacuation and equipment maintenance, to ensure that employees are proficient in the "10-second emergency response" operation specifications.

To ensure the effectiveness of the training, Usiland has established a "two-stage assessment" mechanism, and the assessment pass rate is directly linked to post qualifications:

In the theoretical assessment stage, a closed-book written test is adopted, focusing on examining core knowledge points such as laser safety standards, equipment parameter adaptation and operation environment evaluation. A score of 80 out of 100 is required to pass. For the practical operation assessment, two scenarios of "obstacle clearing in complex terrain" and "handling of multiple types of foreign objects" are set up. Employees are required to complete the full-process operation including the debugging of the Cyclone-500 equipment within 30 minutes. An evaluation team composed of the technical director and senior engineers conducts quantitative scoring based on 12 indicators such as operation standardization, efficiency and safety.
